Why you may be owed money

Same value of work. Different pay packet.

UK law says men and women doing work of equal value must be paid the same. Supermarkets have paid their warehouse teams more than their shop-floor teams. If a tribunal decides the jobs are of equal value, the difference can be paid back.

It's not a favour. It's the law.

Fees, in plain English

The fee if your claim succeeds

If your claim succeeds, our partner law firm charges a fee of 24% + VAT of the money you recover, set out in full before you sign. Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances.

If you cancel within 14 days, the law firm can charge for work already done at your request. If you end your claim after that, you may have to pay a share of legal fees and costs. The full terms are in the engagement letter you'll see before you sign.

Success fee

24%

+ VAT, only of money recovered

Charged only if your claim succeeds. Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances.

Example: recover £10,000

Fee + VAT−£2,880
You keep£7,120

You don't have to use us. You can raise it with your employer, contact Acas for free early conciliation, or bring a tribunal claim yourself at no cost.

Time limits are strict.

Back pay is generally limited to six years, and every month you wait can mean less to claim. Check now while it only takes a minute.
